1. We use PayFast as a secure online payment system. Please note that whilst Falcons F.C. to provide you with secure payment options we will not be held liable for including, but not limited to security breaches, hacking, information theft, cloned sites etc.

2. Alternatively you are able to deposit directly (EFT) into our FNB bank account. Please allow a day or two for payments to reflect if from different banks. No order will be processed or shipped without the monies clearing in our account.

Shipping

Falcons F.C. will not be held liable for any delayed or lost packages, but we will assist with any claims between you and the courier/delivery company.

We do not offer weekend and public holiday delivery options. These rates are more expensive, generally unreliable, and we do not recommend them.

To ensure you receive your parcel timeously please read the below carefully.

Once you have made payment allow 5-7 days processing time before the order is dispatched. On certain products there is a longer processing time – this is specified in the product description.

Please ensure orders are sent by 11h00.

*Please note weekends and public holidays are not included in processing and delivery times – please take this into consideration when calculating when your package will arrive.
